The goal of our Therapeutic Massage is to help achieve a state of balance through bodywork that is focused on specific areas. It can help reduce pain, improve circulation, and improve physical functioning. Each Therapeutic Massage session will be tailored to address specific areas of discomfort.
Available in 30, 60, & 90 minute sessions
Relaxation Massage
Our Relaxation Massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that helps to achieve a state of balance through bodywork that is focused on the total body. The massage session will be tailored to each client's preference for pressure. Hot stones/towels, essential oils, and aromatherapy may be used.

Prenatal Massage
Our Prenatal Massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of pregnancy. Bolsters and pillows will be placed for support and comfort to allow the client to relax and enjoy.
